Exhibit Fees*
Booths 1, 47 – 50 (8’ x 10 ‘) - $600 (MRPA Commercial members); $800 non-members
Booths 2-20; 42-46 (8’ x 5’) - $450 (MRPA Commercial members); $650 non-members
Booths 22-41 (8’ x 6’) - $450 (MRPA Commercial members); $650 non-members. No electricity is available in these booths.

 

*$50 discount on all fees if PAID by December 31, 2017.


 

 

Assignment of Space  - Exhibitors may indicate their first, second, and third choice of booths on the registration form (below). Booth assignments are not finalized until payment for the entire exhibit fee is received at the MRPA office. You will be invoiced based upon your assigned booth. MRPA reserves the right to assign exhibit space to meet the needs of all exhibitors. 
 

 Please be sure to complete an Exhibitor Badge Form!

 

MRPA will assign your booth and invoice you for the amount due after we receive your completed registration form/contract.
8' x 5 ' and 8' x 6 ' Booths = $400 MRPA Commercial members; $550 non-members
8' x 10' = $550 MRPA Commercial members; $700 non-members




Food and beverage will be available for the Tuesday night opening and Wednesday lunch.



A representative from MRPA will contact you regarding food and beverage choices.
